Our very, very special thanks to Gary Shrewsberry, owner of PAWS, etc. and Lady's groomer. Gary not only keeps Lady looking her best but is always there if and when we need him. Gary and his wife Marilyn are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to behavior, training tips, or grooming problems. Gary & Marilyn not only breed Malamutes but also show their dogs. Gary has a special way with animals and, I feel, it's due to his kindness and understanding. As a personal friend I've spent many hours watching him groom dogs and I'm always amazed at how he calms even the most aggressive dogs with his gentleness & constant, soft reassuring talk. Of course his staff is a group of fabulous folks. Real animal lovers. They too could not be more helpful. Lady loves visiting with Bunny, Donna, Erin, Karen, Kristen, Sandy and Sandy's young daughter Erin (who is the only one Lady gives kisses to).
